Yes. You will receive a new account number that can be found on your next invoice after the merge. Customers billed separately for each location will continue to receive separate invoices. However, each invoice will now have a new account number.

To pay invoices online, go to activepestcontrol.com and click on “Bill pay and login” in the upper right-hand corner. You can then register to access our new Customer Self Service Portal. You’ll need to enter the email address linked to your account and create a new password to access your account information. Once registered, you’ll be able to view and pay bills, see your services and do much more. If you have any questions about how to register and use the new portal, please call us at (352)-309-2811.
No, you are not being double billed. If you have already received an invoice for a past service and have received a requested duplicate copy, chances are that the invoice number has also changed – along with your account number. Please call (352)-309-2811 to reach one of our customer service representatives who will be able to assist you with more information.
