Chase did a really good job of spraying my lawn this morning. His communication yesterday and today was superb. While at my home he noticed some problems with my shrubs. They’re not doing great after the cold weather lately. He put in a call to Charlie and she came over within an hour. What a salesperson . I now have termite yearly service, lawn service with my new shrubbery service. Chase, Charlie and Florida Pest Control rock ! Patrick Raftis

Rob Olson was prompt and courteous. He was very knowledgeable, answers all my questions and did an excellent job.

We have used Florida Pest control since 2007 when we built our house and they treated our foundation. I have always had great responses and great technicians who truly are knowledgeable, respectful and caring. We had our inspection and retreatment of foundation today and Brent was the technician and another example of the professional excellence we receive from this company.

The employee Mike Hubbard substituting for regular guy was very professional. He explained to me the process and did a thorough clean. Tks you Mike.

We've had Florida Pest Control for 4 years and have termite as well as quarterly bug spraying contracts. We had our quarterly spray service on 11/3/2025 from Stephen Leaphart and he was great. He was very professional, thorough and our discussion was helpful. Overall, our interactions with the company have been very responsive and professional.

Anthony is seriously one of the BEST humans i have ever met! He is so professional but very thorough and knowledgeable. He gets the job done and makes sure we are satisfied! I absolutely trust in Anthony!!!!

I had service on 10/22/2025 and Curtis Scott was my technician. He was very good at communicating that I had some termite damage and that he will send the information to my property manager. Very professional and polite!

On the morning of August 29, 2025, I called FPC about a rodent(s) in the attic of our home. The inspector, "Bruce", came and inspected our home and quickly located the source of our problem. He fully explained what would be needed to extract the rodents and how long it would take. The price to rid our home of the rodents was very reasonable so we agreed to proceed. What was awesome is that they would initiate the eviction that afternoon. Two specialists arrived and within two hours they had the rodent entrances identified and blocked them. They made an exit for them and placed a one-way exit at the location. Once the rodent left, they could not come back. They also inspected the hole house for any other potential entry points. Within five days, the rodents had vacated our attic. In two weeks, "Austin" came to inspect the progress. He later returned to remove the one-way exit.
Great work, reasonably priced, and no fatalities. Don't get much better than that.

My technician, Mr. Anthony, is a fun and very outgoing man. He's knowledgeable in removing pests and all the little tips and tricks to keep them from coming back. This is the first time I'm using FL Pest control and couldn't be happier! This company and it's associates are determined to help those in need and I highly recommend this company for all your pest controls needs. Thank you again Mr. Anthony!

I felt the need to leave this review in order to help people that may be in the same situation that we were!
We had the unfortunate experience of having squirrels in our attic and they apparently were causing ALOT OF DAMAGE! At this point most people are worried about the additional damage that can be caused, call an exterminator and go with the first person that comes out and gives their professional opinion as to what they have found and what you need to do. FORTUNATELY for us, we had called two places, Terminex and Florida Pest control. Both agreed to come out within one day of each other. I CANNOT STRESS TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE IN MY SITUATION TO DO THE SAME THING!! Terminex quoted us over 8k to have a list of things done, like all the installation removed and all new installation installed, all entry holes sealed etc. The next day when Florida pest control came out I made sure that they would do the same exact services and I did not tell them the price I was quoted by Terminex. TO MY SURPRISE FLORIDA PEST CONTROL QUOTED ME A PRICE ALMOST 1/2 OF WHAT TERMINEX QUOTED ME FOR THE SAME EXACT SERVICES TO BE COMPLETED. This was just the first of the MANY great experiences I had with Florida Pest control. After we agreed to the services with Bruce the sales person who was beyond HONEST and told us what we did need and what we did not need, Florida Pest Control sent ZAC out to perform the services very quickly! ZAC was respectful due to the fact that my two elderly parents were in the home, he went above and beyond his job duties to make sure that what he was doing did not affect my parents in the home. He explained everything he was doing step by step, cleaned my home up afterwards and said he will be out a few more times just to make sure we are satisfied and no more squirrels!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 10 STARS!!! I AM SO HAPPY I DECIDED TO CONTACT FLORIDA PEST CONTROL, NOT ONLY BECAUSE THIS TYPE OF EXPENSE IS NOT SOMETHING YOU PLAN FOR, BUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THE SALES PERSON BRUCE AND ZAC WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED!! PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING ANY OTHER COMPANIES SERVICES FOR YOUR PEST PREVENTION OR REMOVAL AND I AM SURE YOU WILL BE AS SATIFIED AS I AM!!!

I have the quarterly service which includes outside and inside treatments, with no additional cost to treat if needed on top of the quarterly. My guy Jimmy came and did a thorough inspection and treatment of a recent problem I was having and advised me on ways to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Shoutout to Jimmy. The price I listed is for the quarterly treatment.
