I had an urgent need for attention due to a termite scare. Joseph from Florida Pest Control called and came within two hours. He took time to assess the problem, explained it to me very simply but thoroughly, and made sure my problem was resolved. I could not have had a better service experience.

Thanks to Florida Pest and technician Richard Hyland, my home is bug free! It is rare to see any bugs at all and when I do they are already dead. I can rely on prompt service, attention to detail, courtesy, and, best of all, no bugs!

Not all hero’s wear capes. Darrell McMahan and Kathy (that’s with a ‘K’) are out here doing the absolute most. In going out of their way to help me nail down my appointment and set up the account, they almost certainly saved me from a life a crime. I had considered burning the house to the ground to eliminate bug problem, but Kathy and Darrell stepped-in and assured me there was a better way. Together, they saved a house and my sanity. 10/10
