Henry Lauterbach is hands down the best pest control technician we’ve worked with. He is always on time, communicates clearly, and handles any issue or concern immediately. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. We actually look forward to seeing him each quarter because he consistently provides such great service. Truly cherry-on-top customer service every single visit — highly recommend!

Brian, the owner of My Irrigation Guy, and his technician Todd were fantastic from start to finish. I called about an irrigation system that had stopped working, and they were at my home within 24 hours.

Brian quickly identified the issue and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. He scheduled a follow-up to replace my old system with the Hunter Hydrawise system, and everything went smoothly. They also corrected zones that had been improperly connected so the drip lines could function the way they should.

The entire job was completed in one day, and they left everything clean and tidy when they were finished. Both Brian and Todd were friendly, professional, and dependable throughout the entire process.

I will absolutely continue to use them and highly recommend My Irrigation Guy to anyone needing irrigation work done right.

Charlee came to my house to help me with dry termites. For the life of me, I could not find where they were nesting in a closet of shelves. I had two other estimates and they, too, could not find the source. Charlee immediately found their kick holes, where they kick their frass out. (Ok, now that sounded funny). Anyway, we removed the shelves and sure enough, the amount of frass almost disappeared. Now I am waiting to see if I will find more or if this is leftover coming out of he kick holes. This told me that Charlee really knows her stuff. I am so glad I called Florida Pest Control and they sent her out. She also looked along my windows (something the others did not do) and told me it looks like I have a subterranean infestation, too. Ugh. I hate the news but I love how experienced she is. People, it's Florida. Protect your homes and ask for Charlee.

First time service with Pest control technician Tyler.🤩 He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable & had a nice smile! 😁 It was wonderful that I could ask questions and he was more than accommodating to answer them, making the customer feel very special! I highly recommend him! He's very much an asset to his profession & to the company! ☺️

What an awesome company! Have had them going on 4 years and we are truly happy with the results! Rarely, and I mean rarely, ever see bugs and if we do Florida Pest Control is very quick to come out and address it.Tom is our tech and he is fantastic!
