- Interior treatments: Wait until sprayed surfaces are completely dry, typically 2 to 4 hours. Your technician will give you an exact timeframe based on the products used.
- Ventilation: Opening windows and running fans when you return helps clear any lingering odors and speed up drying.
- Fogging or fumigation: These more intensive treatments require longer, often several hours to a full day. Never re-enter until your provider confirms it’s safe.
Once everything is dry, the risk of pesticide exposure is very low, though extra care should be taken around young children, pregnant women, pets, and anyone with respiratory sensitivities.
